Mermaid Tails

Several months ago, a co-worker approached me and asked if I could make a Mermaid Tail. Always willing to try new patterns, I did some research and found several patterns that looked like what she wanted. Since not all mermaid blankets were exactly the same, I used several patterns and created a pattern using different stitches. I have made 5 Mermaid tails so far. Here is my latest creation! This one is for one of my grand-daughters for her birthday!
